How to ship
Supplies:
- Rubber bands
- 4-8 wet paper towels
- Zip lock bag or grocery bag
- Ice pack (optional but will help with freshness)
- Piece of paper with the name of the person who placed the order and the bride's name
- Box (big enough to fit your bouquet with 2-3 inches of space around the florals. Avoid using an overlay large box as this will only make it more expensive to ship!)
- Packaging material- preferably packaging peanuts**
**I recommend packing peanuts as the best option because they help absorb moisture and protect the blooms from damage very well. But crumpled-up paper, newspaper, paper towels, or any other paper material also works as well!**
If you cannot source any of these materials, you can use plastic bags, bubble wrap, etc. but just be sure not to allow the plastic to touch the blooms directly because it can trap humidity in. If you do use plastic packaging material, be sure to put paper or paper towels closest to the blooms to keep them from coming in direct contact with the plastic
Directions:
(1) Start by wrapping your bouquet stems in a rubber band if they are not already tied together with your bouquet ribbon
(2) Wrap stems of bouquet with damp paper towels and add a plastic bag over just the paper towels and secure with another rubber band
(3) Crack your ice pack and attach it to the stems of your bouquet with a rubber band
(4) Fill your box halfway with packing peanuts
(5) Add your bouquet to the center of your box with stems going into the packing peanuts and add the paper with the order name on top
**If you are including an invitation, vows, photo, etc. put it in a ziplock bag and put that in the box along with the flowers**
(6) Fill your box the rest of the way with packing peanuts, ensuring that the bouquet stays upright and is in the center
(7) Tape the box closed and use "fragile" stickers or write "fragile" on the sides
(8) Ship your bouquet to the address below! Then please email or message me on Etsy the tracking number so I can keep track of its expected arrival.

Note: Do NOT wrap the blooms of your bouquet in plastic. It may be tempting to do this, but it really just traps in the moisture of the blooms which can cause them to wilt and mold especially in the warm weather. It is important that they are able to breathe while en route!
